Training Academy:

The CIMT Training Academy consists of five 4-­hour seminars on topics identified by the industry as skills that lead to job success. Successful completion of these seminars and the summer internship will lead to course credit.  The academy seminar topics are selected by the professor and industry depending on need.

• Basic Shop Math,
• Teamwork & Diversity,
• Basic Job Skills & Character.
